SANTIAGO SOLER LERMA
Practicing Lawyer member of the Bar Association of Valencia (ICAV) and accredited before the Court of Justice of European Union. Additionally he is Industrial Property Agent, member of national Professional association COAPI, and authorized to act before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office ( OEPM) , he is also European agent of Trademarks and Designs authorized to act before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Additionally he is authorized to act before the European Patent Office, and before the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). Moreover, Santiago belongs to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United States and is member of the Spanish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Furthermore, he completed an Industrial Environmental Master’s Degree from the School of Industrial Organization (EOI).

MARIA CONSUELO MARCH
Practicing lawyer member of the Bar Association of Valencia (ICAV); attorney specialist in European trademarks and Designs, authorized to act before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). European attorney authorized to act before the Court of Justice of the European Union. She is also Industrial Property Agent member of the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents (COAPI),authorized to act before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) .Additionally she finished the Official Master’s Degree in Systems and Services of the Information Society, specializing in digital Law and Information and Communication Technologies, at University of Valencia.

MARIA ROSA SALVADOR
A practising lawyer and member of the bar association of Castellon, Spain, who has collaborated with Vitoria de Lerma Asociados since the year 2000. In charge of processing public grants for clients who are looking to internationalize their company.
