INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L., as controller of files will adopt all security measures required in order to keep and process your personal data.

PURPOSE:

Personal data provided by the data subject will be included in the files of INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L. with the legal purpose to accomplish with the client’s mandate, including data processing to send communications and information related to the mandate. Furthermore to keep the data subject informed about legal matters that could be interesting for him/her, in case the data subject has accepted such purpose.   

Failure to provide such data  will mean we will not be able to provide the services requested.

The data subject authorises to receive email  communication and email notifications related to the mandate, on the contrary it should be communicated to info@vitoriadelerma.com  

Personal data provided will be stored while the legal relationship with the client exists, and later, during the legal time limits established by applicable laws in each case.
In case the data subject has authorised to receive marketing and information communications, the responsible may  forward email communication related to legal services, Intellectual property, companies activities, public aids, marketing  and other related matters. The data subject accepts that his/her personal data will be processed for this purpose. Data subject may revoke their consent for data processing at any moment sending an email to info@vitoriadelerma.com

LEGAL BASIS:

Legal basis for data processing is consent of data subject with the purpose of accomplishing client’s requests.

 

RECIPIENTS:

All departments and sections of INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L. will be the recipients of the data; public administrations and international organizations required to accomplish with client’s request and those administrations imposed by statutory obligation.

In order to provide a satisfactory service for the client,INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L.  may collaborate with third companies which will be considered processors, whose legal basis for data processing will be to accomplish with the client’s mandate. Additionally, in case of international procedures that may be executed in third (party) countries, inside and outside of EU, in order to provide the services it will be required to collaborate with companies established in such countries and consequently to transmit the data.

 

RIGHTS:

Data subject may revoke their consent for data processing at any moment, but without retroactive effects.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of whether INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L. is processing its personal data.

Data subjects have the right to access their own  personal data, to request rectification of the inaccurate data, or erasure of the data when they are no longer required for the purposes they were collected. Additionally, data subject may request data portability.

Data subjects may request the limitation and cancelation of the data processing, in such case data will be stored only for complaints cases.

Data subjects may oppose the data processing, in which case INICIATIVA Y REGISTRO OPERATIVO S.L. will stop processing the data unless it is imposed by law, or to submit or defend in front of claims.

Data subject may submit a complaint to the Control Authority in Data Protection, in particular, when its rights have not been satisfied.
